JORA Aesthetics, based at Rua Manuel Ferreira Araújo 37, Braga, 4705-258, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August.

2. Data Collected and Purposes

We only collect data that is necessary for each purpose:

• Email address — to send newsletters and service updates. Subscription is always voluntary and based on your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
• Anonymous navigation data — we record interaction events (pages visited, services viewed, clicks on contact and booking buttons) linked to an anonymous, temporary session identifier. This data does not identify users individually and is used solely to improve the website. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Legal Basis

The processing of email data is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Data Retention

Email data is retained for as long as your subscription remains active. Following unsubscription or a deletion request, your data will be erased within 30 days. Anonymous navigation data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We may use service providers (e.g. newsletter delivery platforms) who act solely as data processors under our instructions and with GDPR compliance guarantees.
